Ordering
If you're not familiar with shopping on the internet a basic guide can be found on the "how to shop here" page.
In addition to Credit Card payment you can also send a Cheque, Postal Order or Cash by registered mail if you wish. Choose these options at the cashier part of the site. Cheques should be made payable to 'Elentaris Ltd' and sent to the address below.
If for some reason you do not want to order online, you can print out an order form here. (You will need to send a cheque)

Delivery
You should receive your order within 10 working days. If you have not received it after this time please email us to make sure your order is being dealt with.
Orders are shipped by Royal Mail First Class Packet Post. For most orders packages are made to fit through a standard letterbox, so you should not need to be in at the time of delivery.
Postage and Packing is £2.95 in the UK and £3.50 to Europe.

Returns
If an item is faulty or incorrect please return it within 7 days for a replacement or refund.

All credit card processing is done at the WorldPay secure payment site. Credit cards accepted are Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Switch Solo, and JBC. You will know your are on a secure server when a padlock / key appears in the status bar of your browser.
Your credit card details never leave the Worldpay secure server, only your order requirements are received here.

About the Company
Elentaris ltd was originally set up as a consultancy company providing technical skills in such areas as SAS, Delphi and Oracle DBA. Knickersonline was started in 1998 as a trial to test the viability of selling on the internet. The trial proved to be a massive success and it was decided to make Knickersonline a major part of the business. Sandleford Crafts was a later venture catering for a need for small animal merchandise, and is currently the main source of expansion of Elentaris Ltd.
